For US customers trading with Eightcap, the migration involves moving ThinkMarkets and Eightcap MT4 and MT5 platforms to DXtrade. The scheduled date for this migration is today, Friday, 23rd February, starting at 16:00 GMT (11:00 EST) and is going to last approximately five hours.

Non-US customers trading with ThinkMarkets and Eightcap will witness Eightcap MT4 and MT5 platforms migrating to ThinkMarkets MT4 and MT5 on the same date and time.
Traders have to close all active trades by 16:00 GMT (11:00 EST) on the migration day; otherwise, they will be automatically closed. Trading activities will be temporarily disabled for all users during the migration process.
New account details for users will be emailed on Friday evening following the migration.
The decision to migrate stems from issues with MetaTrader in the US and Eightcap’s departure from the proprietary trading space. Funded Trading Plus aims to ensure minimal disruption and provide continued service to its customers.
