FundedNext has an important announcement specifically for its US-based clients who signed up before the ban on February 13, 2024. As part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to enhance the security and compliance of its platforms, FundedNext will be discontinuing services for these accounts.

Firstly, US-based clients will still be able to log into their FundedNext dashboard to view their account information and history. However, trading accounts will no longer be accessible, and all trading activities will be discontinued.

Also, US-based clients who are currently in Phase 1 or Phase 2 of the challenge will receive a full refund of their challenge fee, regardless of whether they are at a loss or not. This is to ensure that they are not financially disadvantaged by this change.

So, for US-based clients trading on a FundedNext account who are in profit, the firm will send a full refund of their challenge fee if not received in an earlier payout. They will also disburse rewards based on the reward percentage for which they are eligible. This ensures that all hard work and successful trading are duly rewarded.
Moreover, US-based clients trading on a FundedNext account who are in loss and who have not received any payouts + refunds in the past from that account will receive a refund. This ensures no client is left at a disadvantage.

Additionally, eligible US-based clients will receive 15% of the challenge phase profits. This is an extra measure to ensure that the firm remains true to its promise regardless of the closure decision for remaining US clients.
